Dear billiards sport fans!
A billiards club “Kolle”, Riga, Kalnciema street 14, is greeting you.
Our club is founded in 1993, as a first Latvian commercial billiards club.
President of our club is A.Demakins that at the same time is a President of Russian
trend of Latvian billiards sport federation, as well being a member of the International
Pyramid Committee.
When our club has opened, only 10 players were the first participants of Latvian
championship, but now their number reached hundreds of people. During 13 years
of club’s life among its participants were high class players that several times
have become Latvian champions, Baltic champions, and World vice-champions. This
noticeable club’s work was highly evaluated by International Pyramid committee
and therefore our club is now its member. Only our club has all rights to send
the it’s best players to World, Europe championships and other official tournaments.
Russian billiards is a multinational sport; therefore among club’s members you
may meet tens of people of different nationality and religion. One of the kinds
of club’s activities is bringing up new generation following the best traditions
of billiards sport. During the time of club’s existence it has created and maintains
two schools teaching Russian billiards playing. One for teenagers and the second
for oldest people. Payment for teaching is minimal – for girls and boys younger
than 18 y.o. – 6 lats per month, for oldest trainees – 15 lats per month. Trainings
are arranged 2 times a week, 2 hours each. |
